TO INSPIRE. TO CHALLENGE. TO SERVE
how glad i was to have the chance to attend this combined church camp ( been missing the previous youth camps ) despite the fact that i have to tolerate four tough days with high inaccessibility to my emobiatch. anyway, i thank god he had brought me through this maybe "once in a lifetime" camp and turn me into a stronger eagle =P lol. somehow?
as to why i think that this camp is rather rare would be because this was the first time we actually held a youth camp at some five star hotel with more then a hundred youngsters from 3 different churches in Singapore.
see how beautiful our four days of accommodation is? that explains why some of us had difficulties leaving the place on the last day. lol. it's sucha pleasant place to stay in... austin hills resort had got itself a competitor xP
on Monday, we arrived at Zon hotel around noon greeted by the gd news that since it's located in JB which is approximately 5 mins from the customs, some places actually has nearly up to full Starhub reception! yays! that's a bonus, otherwise i really haven any idea how i could survive through the four days without reaching him.. hehe.After lunch, we turned all excited feeling eager to check in our rooms and to explore the mall linked to the lobby of the hotel! We spent four days straight at Zon shopping centre as there were only 2 hours per day of free time and i got stuffs for my family at this "not so impressive mall" wahahas.

hohoho, that's me, santa and cousin si ning! apparently thats a moving santa. we had a difficult time trying to grab hold of him for a sharp shot. *chuckles*
if i had excess ringgit, i would probably purchase 1/2 of the varieties of chocolates available here. speaking of chocolates, my stomach's yearning for some right now. =S
This is the auditorium where we had our games and tiring sessions of sermons held daily =x now... sermons. i shall touch on the bad sides of this camp. most of us actually slept like way 'early' in the midnite and this auditorium actually has dim orange lightings with chairs comfortable like those in the cinemas. and to think we had to attend 2 sermons right after breakfast and 2 sermons after lunch. you never wanna know how hard we had to fight with our minds and bodies to stay awake trying to pay attention to the pastor's preaching x.xluckily i was equipped with sweets and lollipops from dear. wahahas! and surprisingly, i turned in the earliest every night compared to any other camps i went. hurhur. except for the night we smuggled in red wine and had potato chips, cheese balls for supper. yikes`
where we had our breakfast every morning! the coffee house.okay, i'm drooling in my mind now. spadefuls of mash potato, mee goreng, ham, salads, sausages, eggs... blablabla O.O and even koko krunch and cornflakes with milk! from tues-thurs ok. sheeshh

not forgetting this guy here who did never ending omelettes to satisfy so many of our huge appetites. xD
would always remember this spot whereby i get full reception to sms and call my emobiatch. hahaha!
i think i took very few pictures on this trip. partly because i was too lazy to carry my cam around and wanted to save the battery as i did not bring my charger along the trip and in the end i got excess amount of battery left -.- dumb me.everyone's telling me that my blog too many pictures to load... thus i decided to combine as many snaps i could. at least i tried hor!

the wide variety of delicacies. omg... there are like more then 10 types of pastries available for each meal. together with the appetizers, the hot sizzling main course, cakes, fruits, desserts, soups.may not look that appealing in the pictures but the food absolutely whets ur appetite in reality. i swear! =x are u guys hungry? hehe
everything was so heavenly till the aftermath of pampering yourself with food. jeez. i look hideous now. i dont wanna face the fact, to see how many pounds i've gained. =(
on the journey back! see how shagged they are? not me! cos i had ample rest for the 3 nights. weeee. then, dear picked me up at eunos station and we had a super fine evening together uhhuh? btw, i did wear ur jacket throughout the camp eh! except sleeping time. *giggles*THE END!
